Each It Fitz product is custom designed to fit the customers needs. The options are endless on what we can do to make the case exactly what is required.

IT FITZ GENERAL INFORMATION

When It Fitz designs a case for you, we work for you. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We prefer to design your case using an actual product or an empty shell, but we can also work from diagrams or drawings that we create from your descriptions. Custom Logos: We can custom embroider or screen print your logo onto each case. We will work closely with you in the developing of logo size and placement. You may prefer seam labels that can be customized with your company information. Manufacturing: We will manufacture as few as 25 and have the capacity to handle high volumes. We use only the finest materials available in our products. Our goal is to continually search for new innovations in the sewing industry. All cases can be custom packaged to meet your needs and shipped anywhere and anyway Ordering information: Orders may be sent in by fax , e-mail, or mail. Cancellations may be made if necessary, you will be billed for materials and labor to the point of production. Terms are set up with each individual customer according to credit history. All freight chargers are paid for by the customer. Blanket orders may be shipped over a period of 6 months. Billing will take place as each shipment is made. Custom orders will be shipped in three weeks or less depending on order size. Warranties: Any It Fitz product found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use will be repaired or replaces at no cost.
