The Design Process

When It Fitz designs a case for you, we work for you. Our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. Our Research and Design department will work closely with you to arrive at the best possible solution to carry and protect your equipment. We prefer to design your case using an actual product and/or empty shell, but we can also work from diagrams or drawings that we create from your description. There is a one time sample design fee of $250 per sample. We have the experience to design the right case for you. Cases designed for you will be proprietary for your company.

Company Logos

We can custom embroider or screen print your logo onto each case. We will work closely with you in developing logo size and placement to compliment the design of your case. We can also sew on custom patches.

Manufacturing

It Fitz will manufacture as few as 25 pieces (subject of minimum price levels) and we have the capacity to handle your high volume demand. We use the finest materials available in our products. We continually search for high quality fabrics and materials. We can package your product in single cartons or bulk pack them with barcodes and custom labeling. With prior arrangements, we will warehouse your products and ship it as you specify. We can also drop ship to shorten delivery time and reduce costs. Our goal is to satisfy you and meet your needs.

Placing Orders

• Orders may be sent in by fax or mail or e-mail. Phone orders are gladly accepted as well. Please follow up by fax or mail, with “confirmation” written across the order.
• Cancellations on custom orders will be billed for materials and labor to the point of production.
• Terms are Net 30 days will approved credit. There is a 1.5% monthly charge for past due accounts.
• Freight charges are paid by the customer. They can be prepaid or added to the invoice or shipped freight collect.
• Drop shipments can be made with no extra charge on orders or 10 cases or more to one location. For less than that call for details.
  Blanket orders may be shipped over a period of 6 months. Billing takes place as each shipment is made.
• Lead time varies during the year and is usually three weeks.
• Any It Fitz product carries a lifetime guarantee. Any product found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use will be repaired or replaced to no cost.
